The Facts: Asked about the potential impact of recent addition Cooks, Patriots owner Robert Kraft replied: "Since I've owned the team, the only player that could make an impact like that at wide receiver was Randy Moss."
Diehards Line:
Moss had arguably the best season of career in 2007 with New England. He was coming off three mediocre seasons in Oakland at the time, but the trade to New England completely reenergized the future Hall of Famer, who went on to catch 23 touchdowns in his first season with the Patriots after catching just three the season before as a Raider. We'll kindly suggest that expecting similar production from Cooks would be a huge reach for fantasy owners. But it's nice to know Kraft is a believer.
