The Facts: The Seahawks may not be done upgrading their backfield after signing Eddie Lacy. Charles, who had a previously scheduled visit to Seattle, is still planning to make that visit, according to multiple reports.
Diehards Line:
As PFT's Michael David Smith notes, Lacy would seem to have already filled the Seahawks’ need for a running back -- but he's more a power back and Charles could be seen as more of a role player by the Seahawks -- especially given the soft market for free-agent backs so far. As Smith put it, "Perhaps they think they can have an affordable backfield that includes both Lacy and Charles, not to mention holdovers Thomas Rawls, Alex Collins and C.J. Prosise. ..." It's possible.
