Gordon was eligible to come back after Week 4 as part of his reinstatement from an NFL suspension. As Profootballtalk.com's Zac Jackson reminded readers, as part of his conditional reinstatement, Gordon had been at the Browns facility and had been allowed to participate in team meetings while sitting out the first four games of the 2016 season. NFL spokesman Brian Murphy made the following statement: "Our concern is with Josh's well-being. We will decline comment on his status with the team."
