Bryant Still Working Behind Galloway & Glenn...
According to Fort Worth Star-Telegram staff writer Jennifer Floyd Engel, Antonio Bryant is healthy -- but he's not a starter.

The second-year receiver returned in Week 1 from a slight muscle tear in his quadriceps to find himself as the third receiver. He'll be there again in Week 2.

"I think we'll use him quite a bit," head coach Bill Parcells said. "But I think Joey [Galloway] and Terry [Glenn] will start."

Glenn had looked to be the third receiver early but sparkled in the preseason. Galloway had looked to be the third coming out of training camp, but he had seven catches for 139 yards and a touchdown against the Atlanta Falcons last Sunday.

So Bryant, who led all rookie receivers with 733 yards in 2002 and was expected to have a breakout season in 2003, is going to have to do his damage with fewer touches. At least for now.

Getting back to Galloway. ...

The former Ohio State star accounted for more than half of the team's passing offense against the Falcons. He caught two passes for a total of 65 yards in the team's sole scoring drive following Aveion Cason's 63-yard touchdown run with 4:25 left in the first quarter.

The game appeared to be slowly but surely slipping away from the Cowboys until Quincy Carter and Galloway connected twice on the scoring drive.

"We were in a situation where we were just having trouble moving the ball on offense," Galloway said. "I think everyone thought, finally, we've got life and then we just couldn't hold it together."

Galloway compiled the fourth highest yardage total of his career, just seven yards short of his career high, set Dec. 30, 2001. He was also just a single reception shy of his career best. A 48-yard catch in the first quarter, called back because of an illegal shift on tight end Dan Campbell and Bryant, would have provided Galloway with a career day.

One other item of interest. ...

Campbell (hamstring) is listed as probable and doesn't expect to miss any practice time this week due to the injury. He definitely won't miss Monday night's game when he will face his former Giant teammates for the first time since joining the Cowboys as a free agent.
