Making A Case For Jeremy Hill
With his team ahead 14-0 early during Monday night's showdown with Denver, Jeremy Hill was able to rack up 19 carries on 36 snaps in a game that Profootballfocus.com's Mike Clay reminded us didn't figure to allow such a hefty workload.

Denver's defense limited Hill to 63 yards (3.3 yards per carry), which brings his season average to a miserable 3.4.

Hill has bailed out his fantasy investors with 11 touchdowns, but poor efficiency coupled with an extremely limited workload as a pass-catcher has Hill sitting 17th at the position in fantasy points. Clay added the second-year back is averaging 2.0 yards after contract per attempt, which trails only LeSean McCoy for worst among backs with at least 150 carries this season.

The game script figures to benefit Hill in this week's season finale at home against Baltimore. A candidate for 15-plus carries, he's a fine RB2 option.
