Patriots Release Austin Collie... Again
Austin Collie hasn’t spent much time with the Patriots, but he’s quickly becoming a regular on their transaction list.
According to Profootballtalk.com, the Patriots announced they cut the veteran wide receiver Friday, for a second time this season.
Collie played one snap last week, after being brought back for cover when they were hit with injuries at the position. But with Kenbrell Thompkins and Aaron Dobson healthy, he was surplus to requirements.
