Happy Thanksgiving to all!
On DraftKings, there is a flex spot which allows you to take different approaches in your lineup construction. Our goal every week is to find you some solid options that fit in the flex position and provide some nice upside. Let’s dive right into some flex targets for this week. Please note that since this week is divided into more slates than normal, I am using players from Sunday’s slate only.

Running Back

Rashad Jennings $5,600 at Cleveland Browns
Jennings is coming off of a nice outing against the Bears where he rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries, as well as, caught five of his six targets for 44 yards. He has now received at least 18 touches in two consecutive games. This week he faces the Browns who have allowed +3.7 points above expectations to running backs, per Fantasy Labs. They are yielding 28.3 rush attempts and 130.6 rushing yards per game, while giving up 13 rushing touchdowns. Running backs have rushed for over 100 yards in five straight games against the Browns and have scored at least one rushing touchdown in all but two games this season. Despite an increase in price, Jennings is in a good spot this week and is worth consideration.

Carlos Hyde $4,800 at Miami Dolphins
Hyde faces off against the Dolphins who have had their troubles stopping the run this season. Miami is yielding 24.4 rush attempts and 101.9 rushing yards per game, however, they have allowed just four rushing touchdowns. That being said, three of those four rushing touchdowns have come in the last four games. Hyde appears to be getting better from the shoulder injury as he received 22 touches last week and topped 100 total yards. He comes at an affordable price tag and has a relatively solid matchup.

Wide Receiver

Davante Parker $4,700 vs. San Francisco 49ers
Parker has received 18 targets over his last two weeks and that has translated to 13 catches for 182 yards and a touchdown. He has topped 18 fantasy points in back-to-back games and looks to make it a third in a favorable matchup. The 49ers have allowed +2.6 points above expectations to wide receivers. They are yielding 166.9 receiving yards per game and have given up 18 touchdowns (most in the NFL). Parker remains underpriced when considering his recent performances and matchup, and this is something worth taking advantage of.

Rishard Matthews $5,800 at Chicago Bears
In the last four games, Matthews is averaging eight targets, 5.5 receptions, 71.5 receiving yards, and 19.4 fantasy points per game, while scoring four touchdowns. This week he faces a Bears defense that is giving up 15.8 receptions and 190.5 receiving yards per game to opposing receivers, while giving up 11 touchdowns. They have allowed at least one touchdown in six consecutive games to opposing wide outs. Matthews has been playing well as of late and is in a good spot to continue that streak against subpar Bears secondary.

Tight End

Will Tye $3,000 at Cleveland
Tye is averaging 6.7 targets over the last three weeks and scored his first touchdown of the season last game. This week he faces a Browns defense that has allowed +4.3 points above expectations to tight ends. Cleveland has given up the most receptions (70), receiving yards (770), and receiving touchdowns (9) to tight ends this season. Tye does not offer the most upside, but considering his recent volume and this plus matchup, he is definitely an enticing option.
