Joe Flacco QB BAL DAL SIT
Dalls is middle of the pack vs opposing QBs this year. They have held 3 of 9 opponents below the 20 point mark. However, Flacco has only broke the 20 point mark 3 of 9 times (twice vs Cleveland). This probably says look elsewhere despite his 3 TD effort last week.

Tyrod Taylor QB BUF CIN START
Cincinatti ranks 28th vs the opposing QB YTD this year. They've only held Tannehill to a sub 20 point effort. I like Taylor's chances to deliver startable production either through his arm or his legs this week. He currently ranks as QB14 with 4 of his 9 games breaking teh 20 point threshold including three of the last 4.

Spencer Ware RB KAN TB START
Despite all the hype and Charles' injury status, Ware has only hit the 12 ppr point threshold in three games (SD, OAK and NOR). PIT, NYJ and CAR held Ware in check. IND did as well, but that's the game he got hurt in. He seems to be a matchup play more than a must start these days. This should be a good week for him, however against Tampa who is yielding 5 yards/carry to opposing rushing attacks.

Zach Miller TE CHI NYG START
Without Jeffery, the Bears and Cutler will be looking for a target hog. Over the last five games, Miller has averaged 8 targets and now Jeffery's 9 targets per game need to find a new home. Since Cutler's return under center, Meredith is averaging 2 targets per game which leads the non-Jeffery receivers but shows he isn't necessarily jump into Jeffery's target hog role.

Martellus Bennett TE NE SFO START
With Gronkowski OUT this week, Bennett steps into a strong TE opportunity as NE's TE1 and a fantasy top 4 TE this week vs SFO. He has the talent, with Gronk in the lineup the question is always what volume will get. This week, that question doesn't exist. Expect a startable volume and Bennett has the skill to deliver.

Eli Rogers WR PIT CLE START
Coates now has two broken fingers. Cleveland is one of the softest matchups out there. Use Rogers if you have him.

Cole Beasley WR DAL BAL START
Beasley has been very consistent this year and gets a solid matchup this week against the Ravens defense who are much better vs the run than the pass. Beasley has been a favorite target for Dak Prescott and should be avilalbe for his usualy 7 targets this week which is what he's averaging over the last three weeks slighly up from his 6.5 targets per game over his first six weeks.

Jeremy Kerley WR SFO NE START
Kerley re-emerged last week as Kaepernick discovered the break-out player who had previously emerged with Gabbert in the lineup. The 49ers will likely be playing catchup against NE this week. Kerley should get enough volume to make him playable.
