Raheem Mostert, RB, SF

Mostert left Week 15 with an ankle injury and did not return. He has dealt with ankle injuries all season and could miss Week 16 with this one. That would leave Jeff Wilson as the primary runner for San Francisco with Tevin Coleman periodically pitching in and Jerick McKinnon getting run on third downs. Wilson logged 16 carries for 60 yards and a score with Mostert missing nearly all of the second half. He would be a viable RB2 option if Mostert is ruled out for Week 16.

Michael Gallup, WR, DAL

Gallup suffered a hip injury that held him out for much of Week 15. He caught a receiving touchdown for his fantasy backers before exiting. The injury doesn't appear serious but his status is worth monitoring next week. Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb would get slight boosts if he is out.

James Robinson, RB, JAX

There hasn't been an update on Robinson yet but he suffered an ankle injury versus the Ravens and did not return. The Jaguars were in the midst of a beatdown so it's possible that he was just being kept out of the game for precautionary reasons. Dare Ogunbowale would take on a larger role if Robinson misses time.

Tre'Quan Smith, WR, NO

Smith left versus the Chiefs with an ankle injury. That left the team with Emmanuel Sanders, Tommylee Lewis, Lil'Jordan Humphrey, and Juwan Johnson as their only active receivers at the end of the night. Sanders was targeted five times and went for 76 yards. If Smith is out for Week 16, Sanders would be a borderline WR2 as his team's only notable receiver.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB, KC

CEH suffered a groin injury in Week 15 and head coach Andy Reid wasn't able to nail down a timetable for his return. His x-rays came back negative but it still appears as though CEH could be out for the fantasy championship. Le'Veon Bell served as the lead back for Kansas City with CEH out. He rushed 15 times for 62 yards and scored. His proximity to Patrick Mahomes would make him an instant RB2 if we get word that CEH will be out for next week.

Jalen Reagor, WR, PHI

Reagor went down with an ankle injury versus the Cardinals and did not return. He tied Dallas Goedert for a team-high in targets at eight before going down with the injury. If he does miss time, it's difficult to say who would step up. Alshon Jeffery logged two catches for 63 yards this week and scored last week. He fits the mold of outside receiver and could take over Reagor's role if he misses next week.
