“They’ve been good, now it’s time to be great,” Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Hue Jackson said in an interview with bengals.com, talking about A.J. Green and Andy Dalton.

Green is great. Last year he hauled in 98 passes for 1,426 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Dalton is the 'good-one'. Heading into his fourth season, the Bengals starting quarterback needs to find another gear.

Despite being the seventh leading passer in the NFL last season, 4, 293 yards; He has yet to elevate himself to a consistent fantasy QB1 thanks to his 33-to-22, touchdown-to-interception ratio.

Green is a first round pick and locked in WR1. He was targeted 180 times last season by Dalton. Marvin Jones, their second leading receiver (51-712-10), was targeted 80 times.

"I want A.J. and Marvin (Jones) and that receiver group to play uncommon football like you’ve never seen," Jackson added.

Dalton can sling it to Green racking up big numbers. Why the rest of the Bengals are a roll of the dice, Dalton's lack of consistency with anyone else.
Jones only passed 100 yards receiving once last year. It was also the game he caught four of his 10 touchdowns. Outside of that week eight outburst, Jones averaged 3 receptions and 39.3 yards per-game. Jones has the talent, but until he becomes a contributor on a weekly basis, he's a WR4 with upside.
Jackson said he wants his offense to be fast and furious.

Second year running back Giovani Bernard is a game breaker. A top flex play and worthy number two back next year.

Veteran goal line vulture, BenJarvus Green-Ellis, will be pushed by second round pick Jeremy Hill from LSU.

Tyler Eifert and Jermaine Gresham are solid pass catching tight ends, best suited for injury or bye week fillers.

Dalton's execution will determine just how productive those not named Green and Bernard can become.

As Cincinnati tries to take their team to the net level, fantasy players will see the benefit if Jackson's goals are met.
