The Facts: Perry, on a football field for the first time since fracturing his ankle in November 2006, looked smooth and quick during the Bengals ongoing OTA workouts and showed his great hands in passing drills with a couple of one-handed catches.
Diehards Line:Perry said afterward that he has been humbled, is more appreciative of his chance to play football and thinks he can help the team again. Assuming he can remain healthy -- and regain the form he demonstrated during an impressive 51-catch 2005 season -- there's no reason to believe Perry can't re-emerge as a legitimate Fantasy prospect. His progress certainly bears watching.
