Diehards Line:Petrino replaced Harrington with Byron Leftwich early in the fourth quarter of Atlanta's 20-13 loss at Tennessee Sunday. "He took a lot of hits and toward the end of the third quarter, I didn't think he was completing passes that he normally completes," Petrino said. "Making the change might provide a spark for us and get us something going. I think it was the right thing to do." Leftwich, signed three weeks ago, has been promoted to the No. 2 quarterback ahead of Chris Redman, Petrino said.
