Brad Johnson Agrees To Terms With Cowboys Monday, March 5, 2007 | Time: 4:46 PT |  Reported by the Minneapolis Star Tribune
The Facts: Johnson agreed to terms today on a three-year contract with the Dallas Cowboys, where he’ll back up young starter Tony Romo.
Diehards Line:Johnson visited Denver over the weekend and was believed to be the Broncos' top choice to back Jay Cutler. However, Star-Tribune staffer Kevin Seifert notes that Johnson has a strong comfort level with Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett. Apparently enough so to back Romo instead of Cutler.
