The Facts: According to NFL Network's Aditi Kinkhabwala there's a sigh of relief for the Dolphins. A member of the organization tells here there's no structural damage for Tannehill; the knee is the same now as it was before he left the field this morning.

Diehards Line: That said, Kinkhabwala notes that her source confirmed the knee did buckle, so the Dolphins have to think about how to proceed after this scare. Remember, Tannehill never had surgery to report the partial tear in his ACL last year (he underwent stem cell treatment instead). It's not clear if this will be an ongoing issue or how a big a concern it might be. We'll continue to watch for more.
