The Facts: Kelce is right on time. The Chiefs tight end, who has sat out offseason practices because of shoulder surgery, is still on pace to return for training camp in late July, according to HC Andy Reid.
Diehards Line:
While his four TDs weren't all that impressive (and he only has 14 touchdowns over the past three seasons), Kelce set career highs in catches, yards and targets last season. Indeed, he finished as the team's top receiver and one of the leading tight ends in the league when all was said and done. Although his QB is a game manager and Reid can forget about Kelce at times as a play caller, Kelce's size, speed and athleticism still give him an edge over most of his competition at the position.
