The Facts: Watkins, recovering from another foot surgery, on an exercise bike as Bills begin voluntary workouts Monday.
Diehards Line:
As ESPN.com's Mike Rodak notes, Watkins is expected to be ready for training camp after sitting out eight games due to the initial foot surgery last offseason. While he started to come on late in the year after his return, it was a terribly disappointing season. Watkins can be a dangerous weapon if he could just stay healthy. ... Meanwhile, Tyrod Taylor, coming off hernia surgery in January, is on the field. LeSean McCoy doesn't appear to be on hand for the initial sessions, which are voluntary. The Bills are eligible to get an early start because they have a new head coach.
