The Facts: Holmes is signing with the Bills, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. For real this time.
Diehards Line:
This after reports earlier in the week prematurely indicated the deal was signed. Now it actually is. In fact, it's a 3-year deal worth $6.5 million total, according to Rapoport. Holmes hasn't done much the last two seasons, but he showed promise prior to that, pulling in a career-high 47 receptions for 693 yards and four touchdowns in 2014. The Bills lost starter Robert Woods (to the Rams in free agency) off a receiving corps that already needed an upgrade.
