The Facts: As the Redskins and 49ers discuss a potential deal for QB Kirk Cousins in the near future, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is told the two teams might include the Cowboys and Tony Romo as well.
Diehards Line:Okay then. ... Rapoport went on to note the potential -- and unprecedented -- three-way deal has the 49ers landing Cousins, the Redskins landing Romo and the Cowboys getting draft picks. All of which seems like a reach based on the notion that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones letting Romo go to a divisional rival seems like a non-starter as much as the Redskins helping out the Cowboys with draft picks does. Nonetheless, this is the report. And it's safe to say we'll soon be hearing much more about it -- whether it comes to fruition or (more likely) not.
