Diehards Line:This lends considerable credence to Lacy's contention earlier this week that the Packers were "very vocal" about their desire to retain the veteran halfback, who is recovering from ankle surgery that limited him to five games last year. As previously noted, Lacy posted a video of him running in a rehab pool last week and he told ESPN's Adam Schefter he expects to be able to run on regular surfaces soon, perhaps as soon as he would make free-agent visits. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, citing a source who's seen Lacy's foot, the halfback should be healthy for OTAs.
