The warrant was issued by a Cuyahoga Countty judge Aug. 31 after Gordon didn’t respond to subpoenas sent to several different addresses in Los Angeles and Cleveland, Cleveland.com reported. Gordon has not delivered a DNA sample a court ordered him to submit last September, the warrant says. The NFL conditionally reinstated Gordon from indefinite suspension in July, allowing him to participate in training camp and the preseason. He’s been allowed to participate in meetings during his four-game suspension to start the 2016 season. Gordon is eligible to return to the Browns after two more games, on Oct. 3, and assuming he’s fully reinstated he’ll be able to play Oct. 9 vs. the Patriots.
