The Facts: The Pennsylvania Attorney General has dismissed its investigation of McCoy stemming from an alleged fight at a Philadelphia nightclub on Feb. 7, McCoy's lawyer, Dennis Cogan, told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo on Thursday. The attorney general confirmed to Cogan, the Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police and the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office in letters that its investigation of the alleged brawl is closed.

Diehards Line: "LeSean did nothing wrong," Cogan told Garafolo. "He merely tried to break up a fight and he went through (expletive) over nothing. ..." In April, the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office announced that no charges would be filed in the alleged incident that resulted in injuries suffered by off-duty police officers. NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy told Garafolo that the NFL is still reviewing the matter.
