The Facts: The Bears are signing Moeaki after a minicamp tryout.

Moeaki had two productive seasons with the Chiefs early in his career. He has 91 career receptions, six for touchdowns, and has played in 48 career games since being drafted by the Chiefs in the third round in 2010. The Bears have been looking for tight end help this spring since trading Martellus Bennett to the Patriots. Moeaki turned 29 last week. He played in 10 games for the Falcons last season and has also spent time with the Bills and Seahawks.
