The Facts: No Texans player has enjoyed a better offseason program than Strong. After the first day of minicamp, HC Bill O'Brien called the second-year wideout "one of the most improved players on the team."
Diehards Line:
Strong seemed surprised to hear about O'Brien's compliment. "Coming from HC O'Brien, that means a lot," Strong said. ... Strong reported to the offseason program with something to prove after being arrested for marijuana possession in February in Scottsdale, Ariz. The Texans were tough on him and let him know it better not happen again. Remember, the Texans selected a pair of wideouts, Will Fuller and Braxton Miller, early in April's draft. If Fuller, a first-round pick, struggles to pick up the offense, it's worth noting Strong has a jump on him in that regard.
