The Facts: Five weeks into the Texans offseason workout program, Miller is easing into the offense and playbook. "It's pretty much the same, just different terminology," Miller said. "Concepts are the same, just different names. Like, pass protection, they might call it something different from when I played with the Dolphins but everything else is pretty much the same."
Diehards Line:Miller, who signed as a free agent with Houston on March 10, started 42 consecutive games during his four seasons with the Dolphins. Team drills begin on Monday with the first of ten OTA practices. Miller and the running backs have been working together as a group but, starting next week, can participate in 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills (no live contact is permitted). “I think we have a talented group, some big guys, some explosive guys,” Miller said of his position group. “I’m looking forward to working with those guys.” Fantasy owners are looking forward to watching those guys sit on the bench while Miller gets the bulk of the carries.
