The Facts: Woods is coming off off-season groin surgery but has been cleared to participate in the team's voluntary workout program.
Diehards Line:
As previously noted, it appears Woods will again be the Bills' No. 2 wide receiver. Through three seasons, the second-round pick has averaged 51 receptions, 613 yards and four touchdowns per season. The day after the 2015 season ended, he revealed he played 14 games through a torn groin. Chris Hogan has moved on to New England, but the Bills have collection of vets now after re-signing Leonard Hankerson. Still, Woods will probably start again. As his past totals suggest, Woods isn't a danger to cut into Watkins' numbers. But a starting role on what could be an improving offense isn't nothing.
