The Facts: GM Les Snead told reporters at the NFL owners meetings in Florida that Keenum will commence Organized Team Activities as the No. 1 quarterback.
Diehards Line:While initial reporting made it sound like Snead committed to Keenum as the team's Week 1 starter, that wasn't the case. And, as PFT suggests, it means only that Keenum will compete with Nick Foles plus whoever else they may add between now and Week 1. It doesn’t mean Keenum won’t win the job. But it doesn’t mean he already has.
