The Facts: Dunbar didn't practice Thursday. He's not sure when he'll return to the practice field. But it won't be long. The MRI on the running back's sprained right ankle was negative, meaning the injury isn't significant. "I'll be all-right,' Dunbar said. "I just rolled it a little bit. We're just taking it day by day to see how it feels. It's swollen.'
Diehards Line:
Darren McFadden has yet to practice in this camp due to a sore hamstring. Now that Dunbar is out, the Cowboys are down to three backs for all of the practice reps. Still, executive vice president Stephen Jones said he has no intention of bringing another back in at this time. "He should be fine,' Jones said of Dunbar. "We'll just see whether it's a week or whatever it is. It shouldn't be long, though.' How long does Dunbar anticipate he'll be out? "Hopefully not long,' he said. "Whenever my body allows me, I'm going to be back out there. I love playing this game. ..." Stay tuned.
