The Facts: The suit from Brady and the NFLPA seeking to vacate Brady's four-game suspension has been filed in District of Minnesota federal court on Wednesday, according to NFL Media's Albert Breer.
Diehards Line:Commissioner Roger Goodell upheld the Patriots quarterback's suspension on Tuesday for violating the league's policy on integrity of the game and the league filed suit to pre-empt Brady and the NFLPA's efforts. In other words, the legal battle has begun. According to Profootballtalk.com's Mike Florio, the NFLPA will ask the judge to either rule by Sept. 4 or to isssue an injunction allowing Brady to play pending a ruling. Stay tuned.
