Diehards Line:White suffered a shin injury late during organized team activities, Pace said. He did not participate in OTA practices. He’s been off his feet for the past month, Pace said. Pace said that “there’s a long time” before games begin, and that the Bears want to be careful in how they build up the rookie’s cardiovascular abilities. Not that White is thrilled. “He’s fired up,” Pace said. “We kind have to put handcuffs on him.” The Bears drafted White with the No. 7 overall pick to replace Brandon Marshall, who the new regime traded to the Jets. ...
