The Facts: The Lions have signed Moore to a one-year contract according to Tim Twentyman of Detroitlions.com.
Diehards Line:Moore's most productive years were spent with the New Orleans Saints but he played for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2014, catching just 14 passes in 14 games. Moore was a healthy scratch in the Steelers' playoff loss to the Ravens. Almost 32 years old, Moore brings a set of sure hands and veteran leadership to the Lions but his days of real relevance are behind him. The signing marks a reunion with former Saints offensive assistant Joe Lombardi, who is now the offensive coordinator in Detroit.
