The Facts: According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Bills have reached agreement on 1-year deal with Harvin.
Diehards Line:
The Bills didn't have a pressing need at wide receiver after spending their 2014 first-round pick on Sammy Watkins (and trading away their 2015 first-round pick to do so) and a 2013 second-round pick on Robert Woods. But their depth chart thins out after those two young players, with Chris Hogan and Marquise Goodwin the top reserve options. And new Bills HC Rex Ryan knows what he's getting in Harvin after the two spent time together with the Jets last season. Harvin is still a dangerous playmaker, as is Watkins and new halfback LeSean McCoy. Indeed, for a team that seems like to take a conservative approach on offense, they'll have no shortage of weapons at every position but QB (where Matt Cassel will compete with EJ Manuel) and TE (where Charles Clay could change that).
