Diehards Line: Smith has been with the Falcons since 2009 and saw his first regular season action with the club the next year. He never saw much time in the offense until 2013, but showed off a knack for making big plays once he got his chance. Smith has scored seven touchdowns of 43 touches from scrimmage, although his 2014 season was cut short by a broken leg. The Falcons seem to believe Devonta Freeman can emerge as their primary back following the release of Steven Jackson. But Jacquizz Rodgers' return isn't a given. Assuming the Falcons don't make a major move in free agency (they are said to be interested in Justin Forsett), Smith will be a player to watch.
