Diehards Line:The announcement isn't a huge surprise. Wayne, who recently had triceps surgery and is now rehabbing, had yet to decide if he wanted to return. Remember, the six-time Pro Bowler's productivity fell off precipitously after he suffered an elbow injury but his overall effectiveness had diminished noticeably even before that. Those interested in Donte Moncrief (especially those who own him in Dynasty leagues) can now rest assured his path to the starting lineup is clear.
