The Facts: Jack Del Rio has found the man to run his offense. According to Michael Silver of the NFL Network, the Raiders are going to hire Eagles quarterbacks coach Bill Musgrave to be their next offensive coordinator.

Diehards Line: It won’t be his first stint in the Bay Area, as he was once a quarterback with the 49ers and the Raiders’ quarterback coach in 1997. Prior to his one year with Chip Kelly, he spent most of the last decade with the Vikings and Falcons. He was also Del Rio’s coordinator once before, during a two-year stint with the Jaguars (2003-04).
