The Facts: In news that will surprise few observers, Garrard is listed as the first-team quarterback on the Dolphins first official depth chart according to Benjamin Volin of the Palm Beach Post.
Diehards Line:Garrard has clearly been the best quarterback in trainng camp and the job appears to be his to lose. Matt Moore is listed as second-team and rookie Ryan Tannehill as third-team. There has been speculation that Matt Moore would llikely either be traded or cut if he doesn't win the starting job. That seems risky, however. Remember: Garrard is a 34-year-old quarterback with a history of back problems and he missed the entire 2011 season. He's also had a history of looking better in practices than games.
