The Facts: The Chiefs finished a busy week at the negotiating table Friday by agreeing to contract terms with the last two of their unsigned draft picks, including Oregon's Parker.
Diehards Line:Parker was one of the fastest receivers available in the draft, and the Chiefs put a premium on skill players with his kind of speed.
