The Facts: With starter B.J. Askew out with a torn hamstring and backup Byron Storer placed on the season-ending injured reserve list, the Bucs have re-signed fullback Jameel Cook, who played with the team when it won its only Super Bowl.
Diehards Line:Cook is a powerful blocker who was the Buccaneers sixth-round pick in 2001. The Houston Texans recently released him and once he was on the street, Tampa jumped at the chance of re-signing him. Now Cook is expected to play Sunday night, on a big night for fullbacks in Tampa.
