The Facts: It didn't take long for the waiver pickup of quarterback Craig Krenzel to affect the Bengals roster. A little more than a week after the team claimed Krenzel off waivers from Chicago, the Bengals on Tuesday waived rookie free-agent quarterback Josh Haldi.
